- Appointed in June 2011 as distressed asset receiver by CW Capital following default and operational under-performance.
- Completed an interior renovation of the front desk, lobby, and restaurant and replaced all case goods, furniture, flooring, and wall coverings. Total renovation cost was $1.43M.
- A complete operational overhaul, including installation of a new leadership team, drove a 53% improvement in Guest Service Scores and moved the hotel from Red Zone Status (guest service non-compliance) to the top quintile service ranking within the brand.
- Hotel revenue grew 81% under our receivership + management over 4 years and 10 months.
- Received Marriott’s Silver Circle Award for performance.
